With more than twenty-five years of homeowner association and construction law experience, our firm serves as general counsel to well over 200 associations throughout the extended Bay Area varying in size from as small as a two-unit condominium to as many as 6,000 homes in a planned development. We have several high-rise condominium clients, some with mixed use (both residential and commercial units). Our planned development clients range from townhouse party-wall style common interest developments to individual single family homes in a community.
Our clients appreciate direct attorney access balanced with cost savings of seasoned legal assistants. Our goal is to educate Directors on the myriad and ever-changing legal issues that confront community associations today. With this approach, we assist associations in becoming proactive, thereby minimizing potential problems. We are active in the CID industry, presenting at seminars and authoring articles, in an effort to further our goal of educating Directors. Although we are always problem solvers first, if necessary, we can aggressively defend the association and its volunteers.
