Notification to members of right to submit secondary addresses
Summary of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Provisions of Civil Code §1369.510 et seq & §1363.850
Plus other annual disclosures required that we recommend including with the Pro Forma Budget Package:

Schedule of Monetary Penalties (to be distributed to members anytime there is a change from the previously distributed schedule)

Notification to members of right to copies of minutes of Board meetings (can be distributed with any general mailing to entire membership)
