Among the options is filing suit against the responsible parties; but this option is implemented only if the nature and scope of the claim warrants such action, and if the responsible party has been unwilling or unable to cooperate in effective repair efforts.
We also provide assistance to our clients in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, and advising clients during the construction process. We have experience with disputes involving contractors, architects, engineers, insurers and homeowners. We strive for cost effective solutions while maximizing our clients' legal options.
